Please note: We are not scheduling any GRI series at this time.

We are working to launch a new curriculum plan and are hopeful to introduce it after the new year. We are also reworking the online course content. Both the in-classroom and online course will be designed to provide valuable real estate tools and knowledge for our members and will continue to be a stepping stone for a Michigan Brokers license.

The GRI remains the most recognizable Realtor® designation in the country, and we are excited about what's next for the program. We will continue to partner with Locals to offer the new GRI courses. If you have questions about the process or timing of the new content, feel free to reach out to Jenn, at jmorden@mirealtors.com

Graduate Realtors® Institute

GRI is an exciting program that provides practical real estate sales training for the novice or the veteran. The goal of the GRI program is to prepare Realtors® to provide more professional service to the public and to be rewarded through increased commission income.

Benefits of the GRI designation are numerous, including increased productivity, competency and income, while increasing your network of referrals.

Sales agents holding at least one Realtor® designation earn nearly double the income of that earned by those without any designation. The most recognizable Realtor® designation in the United States is the GRI.

Each 30 hour course counts as a part of the 90 hours of classes required to obtain a real estate Broker's License.

The GRI courses are available online or in a traditional classroom setting.
