Jarrod Haning

As an award-winning speaker, Jarrod Haning trains companies in the psychology of music. When you know how music creates inspiration in you, then you know how to create inspiration in other people. By revealing the subconscious mechanism that drives our emotional response to music and language, Jarrod is able to give his audiences some very unique tools for increasing their income and influence.

His background as a classically trained musician has equipped him with a unique set of leadership tools that you can use to create a business and life that works for you. He is the principal violist for the South Carolina Philharmonic and has been called the “Seth Godin of music” and the “golden boy for music.” With performing experience in 14 professional orchestras and over 20,000 hours of practice, he is able to deliver some powerful secrets on performance, productivity, and persuasion. As an expert in music, he has helped doctors, lawyers, Realtors®, and more to impact their world with breakthrough results.

Some people don’t know this but when you are creating music, you are using more of your brain than any other activity. This is well documented with MRI scans. Similarly, a breakthrough in your business will first occur through a breakthrough in your thinking. This is why Jarrod leans on the data from the Nobel Nominated MindScanTM when working with his coaching clients.

Chris Lambert

Chris Lambert thought seeking a marketing degree while living the frat life at Indiana University might lead him to law school and later to a career as a real estate developer. Boy, was he off!  During his junior year, a spiritual awakening led to Bible studies replacing beer bongs. Then a call to Fuller and Gordon-Conwell seminaries, where he earned his MDiv and doctorate in preaching.  For seven months in 2007, he and his wife helped a Liberian village raise needed resources for a well, farm animals and a new school building. That experience cemented his passion for community development. Upon returning to the U.S., he founded a church called Ekklesia. In 2010, he started Life Remodeled, loosely based on the TV show “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition.” After three years of projects centered on building houses from the ground up in six days that were deeded to deserving families, Lambert partnered with the Detroit Public Schools to refocus Life Remodeled’s efforts on under-resourced high schools and their surrounding neighborhoods, evolving into a transformative citywide community rebuilding initiative. In the last four summers, Life Remodeled has mobilized more than 40,000 volunteers from business, community and church organizations to set the groundwork for sustainable change in four Detroit neighborhoods, each focused on bettering public education and creating safe passages for attending students.  Maybe that development career wasn’t so far off after all.
