Jamie Iodice
My name is James Iodice and I am asking for your vote to re-elect me to the Michigan Realtors® Board of Directors. As Realtors® we have the coolest jobs in the world! We get the opportunity to provide the American dream of home and property ownership. Our organization brings so much to its members, and the opportunity to serve on the Michigan Realtors® Board of Directors is a tremendous honor. Thank you for your vote last year giving me this honor. Our profession is continually influenced by politics, technology, economics and competitive factors outside our industry, and now more than ever before it is important that we all stay engaged, educated, involved and optimistic in the process and in our industry.
I would like to continue to represent the members of District 11 and our organization as a voice of reason and understanding. To help keep us represented both as individuals of the organization, but also our industry and Realtors®. I have had the privilege to serve as a member of the Michigan Realtors® Public Policy Committee 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 and currently serving as the Chairman of Public Policy. I currently sit on Board of Directors for the Greater Metropolitan Association of Realtors®, and am the 2016 Treasurer. My committee involvement includes participation in Grievance, Government Affairs, Finance, and Member Services. I am energized to continue this important work. I find it rewarding representing the property interests of my clients, advocating for my fellow Realtors® and learning what I can do to make the business of real estate better for all of us.
