Lawrence Yun is the Chief Economist and Senior Vice President of Research for the National Association of REALTORS®. On April 16, 2008, Dr. Yun addressed attendees at the 2008 MAR Broker Summit in Dearborn, Michigan regarding market trends, including home sales & prices, new home construction, mortgage delinquency and foreclosure. Yun showed an interesting comparison to past housing cycles and touched upon the impact of the economy, in terms to the housing market, and forecast the years to come.
