Commercial track provides value to commercial real estate professionals

Six hours of continuing education and networking opportunities offered

August 18, 2005 - Following the success of the commercial real estate track at last year’s Michigan Association of REALTORS® Annual Convention and Expo, MAR will also be offering a commercial track this year. This full day event will be held on Wednesday, September 28th for the state’s 1,250 plus commercial REALTORS® at the Soaring Eagle Casino and Resort in Mt. Pleasant.

For the first time, the commercial networking lunch and reception will be included in the cost of registration, along with the potential to earn six hours of continuing education credit.

The 2005 commercial track will feature:

8:30 to 9:45 am – Michigan Economic Development Tools with John Czarneckis of the MEDC (two hours of continuing education approval pending)
10:30 am to 12:45 pm – Commercial Information Exchange with Nancy McKellar of CPIX/CBOR (2 hours continuing education approved)
12:15 to 1 pm – Commercial Lunch
1:15 to 3 pm – Commercial Legal Update with Bill Schlecte (2 hours continuing education approved)
3:10 to 4:50 pm – Anatomy of the Deal that Dies with Melissa Collar, JD of Warner Norcross & Judd LLP
4:45 to 5:45 pm – Commercial Networking Reception
