MAR Edge offers Real Estate Management Software at discounted rates

As part of the MAR Edge, members can now purchase Real Estate Management Software (REMS) for a discounted price.

REMS, which allows REALTORS® to perform all of their escrow management duties in minutes, is offered to MAR members for $389 plus tax, a $100 discount off the non-member price.

This software was created to make escrow management quicker, simpler, and less prone to error. It also relieves REALTORS® of accounting burdens created by multiple sets of paperwork.

With REMS, REALTORS® can keep track of specific records needed to meet the escrow compliance standards, in turn lowering liability when taking in escrow funds.

The software also includes a check writing feature, errors and omissions tracking, and car insurance renewal dates. REALTORS® can now manage escrow accounts without the need for any other accounting software—and save time all at once.
