Eric Wegner

A native Midlander, Eric received a Bachelors degree from Berklee College in Boston, MA and a Masters Degree from Wayne State University in Detroit, MI. He is a graduate of Sharp’s Real Estate Training Institute and is a member of the Midland Board of REALTORS®, the Michigan Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. Eric began his real estate career in 1987 specializing in resort properties in Gatlinburg, Tennessee and has also worked in the Orlando, Florida area. Since returning to Midland, Eric has specialized in residential properties and has helped many families. Eric is active in the Midland Chamber of Commerce and attends many seminars on the subject of real estate. Eric believes the Midland area is one of the best places in the country to live and raise a family. He and his wife have three children and reside in Midland.
