Vision & purpose
The purpose of MiCAR shall be to:
- advance and enhance the commercial real estate industry in Michigan by unifying commercial real estate professionals across the state toward common goals and interests;
- provide specialized and state-of-the-art services to practitioners;
- create a unified forum for the exchange of information and ideas among commercial real estate professionals;
- advocate a high standard of education and professionalism among members; and
- advocate as a collective force to promote private property rights and the interests of commercial real estate practitioners in the public policy of the State of Michigan.

MiCAR Bylaws & regional representation
Members are drawn into the group through membership in a local commercial structure, a commercial overlay board, or by recommendation of their local associations. Members can also self-identify to join the alliance.
