Gail Anderson Gail Anderson received her undergraduate degree and law degree (cum laude) from the University of Illinois in 1985. Since October 2000, Tim Kent has served as the chief executive officer for the 37,000-member North Carolina Association of REALTORS® with offices in Greensboro and Raleigh.
Prior to joining the REALTOR® organization, Tim spent 10 years as the chief executive officer of the American Institute of Architects, North Carolina Chapter. He served as the executive assistant to the Speaker of the North Carolina House of Representatives following a distinguished 13-year career in television news. Tim was named North Carolina Television Journalist of the Year in 1986 by the Radio-Television News Directors Association of the Carolinas and won first place for Best Reporting in 1988 from United Press International.
Tim has received the Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation from the American Society of Association Executives and the Center for Association Leadership. He was the 1995-1996 president of Association Executives of North Carolina and received the Outstanding CEO Award from AENC in 1997. Lisa Scoble 
Lisa has managed the Real Estate Errors and Omissions program for Pearl Insurance since 1994. In addition to her responsibilities in Michigan, she is currently Pearl’s VP of National Sales, managing Pearl’s outside Real Estate E&O sales force.
