Over 200 leaders were in attendance at Achieve and Achieve After Dark at the Radisson Plaza Hotel in Kalamazoo. Many local association executives from across the state spent the conference engaging leaders and building connections that will benefit their local association in the coming year.

Legislation intended to provide property tax exemptions to inventory and spec homes in new developments has been introduced. House bill 4134, sponsored by REALTOR® member and State Representative Margaret O’Brien (R-Portage) aims to provide new builds and inventory in developments with a lower tax assessment until those properties are occupied.
