2006 a banner year for RPAC
The RPAC recognition luncheon at MAR’s annual Achieve leadership conference was a well-attended, celebrated event. Leaders from all over the state were in attendance to witness RPAC honor its 2005 contributors. Due to a successful year in RPAC fundraising, a record number of local association awards were presented at this year’s event.
“This lunch is a great way for RPAC to say thank you to the many REALTOR® donors,” said Dave DeBruyn, the 2005 RPAC Chair. “I was proud to serve as the RPAC chair this last year and look forward to continuing to serve on the committee.”
Award recipients included: Monroe County for highest member participation small board, greatest over goal small board, and special recognition over goal and 100 percent member participation; Central Michigan Association for most improved small board and special recognition over goal; West Michigan Lake Shore Association for highest member participation medium board, greatest over goal medium board and special recognition over goal; Livingston County Association for most improved medium board and special recognition over goal; Grand Rapids Association for highest member participation large board and special recognition over goal; Flint Area Association for most improved large board; Greater Lansing Association for greatest over goal large board and special recognition over goal; Dearborn Area Board for special recognition over goal; Down River Association for special recognition over goal; Eastern Thumb Association for special recognition over goal; Metropolitan Consolidated Association for special recognition most dollars contributed, most major donors and over goal; Battle Creek Area Association for special recognition over goal; Bay County Association for special recognition over goal; Grosse Pointe Board for special recognition over goal; Jackson Area Association for special recognition over goal; Lenawee County Association for special recognition over goal; Montcalm County Association for special recognition over goal; Northeastern Michigan Board for special recognition over goal; Shiawassee Regional Board for special recognition over goal; Southwestern Michigan Association for special recognition over goal and St. Joseph County Association for special recognition over goal.
