This course covers the basics of working with sellers and buyers of REO properties. Learn the skills to accurately list assets, manage and present properties, and understand REO property laws. Also, gain insight on how to market yourself to REO asset managers and other financial institutions and access a new revenue stream.


Learn about the REO business – from listing to marketing, monitoring and closing REO transactions – and how to represent the buyers of REO properties.
